This article describes how to download the parameters in an SMA SCCOM.
- Begin by logging in using the service level password.
2. Click on the serial number, then the "Parameter" tab, scroll to the bottom, "Mark all" checkbox, and click the "Snapshot" button.
3. Click on the link for the most recently created file. This will download a .rec file. Please copy that and send it in your ticket if SoS is to review your current parameters.
