Cause-
- Inverter detects high ambient temperature >60C
Solution-
- Inspect installation
- Check heatsink for obstructions/ventilation
- Is inverter in direct sunshine•Measure ambient temperature near inverter
- If temp is in range replace inverter
Troubleshooting - The internal temperature has gone beyond operable limits. The outside temperature of the inverter exceeds the temperature limits, this makes the IGBT modules operate under fault status. The inverter mount angle may be incorrect to the standard; additionally checking the temperature probe and it's connections is necessary.
