Grid under-frequency. Grid frequency is outside the permissible range
Troubleshooting-
- Check the frequency of the grid.
- If the grid frequency exceeds the permissible range of inverter protective parameters, ask untility grid company for solution.
- If the grid frequency is within the permissible range, contact SUNGROW Service Dept.
