Description - AC Contactor Stuck
Problem Indicated - AC contactor is closed when commanded to be open. This is sensed by the auxiliary switch on the contactor that follows the physical location of the contacts and reports back as an interlock signal. The DCS has a fault mode for which it can
also open the AC contactors and cause this fault. (Resettable)
