What is Electricity?

Electricity can come in a multitude of forms, but our most typical form of electricity comes in the form of currents that we use in our household and mobile electronics. Electricity is formed by the accumulation of electron within in atom. The valence electrons within the atoms are pulled by the positively charged nucleus and a chain is made (current). In solar photo-voltaic panes generate electricity by converting solar radiation to electricity by using semi-conductors. Additionally, currents can be split up into current types: AC/DC.
