Definition:
Grid voltage frequency is abnormal, or power grid is not detected
Possible Causes:
- Grid frequency is abnormal
- Cable connection between the Converter and the grid is poor
Solutions:
- Observe for 10 minutes and see whether the alarm will be eliminated automatically
- Check whether the grid frequency is with the specified range
- Check whether the cable between the Converter and power grid is disconnected or has any fault
- Contact after-sales service personnel
